Basic training will be given in order to develop the ability to perform and survive in combat, and learning the skills needed in a time of emergencies. These include how to use a variety of weapons, outdoor survival skills, and how to survive capture by the enemy, among others.

Security guards once located in client places will be observed and developed instantaneously. Training would be offered initially for courteous behavior and to develop interpersonal skills. ESS has separate training team for providing basic, Induction and OJT training on sites.

Fire-related accidents often result in injuries and sometimes death, which can be prevented through fire safety training. We have a crew of members who are well trained in fire safety procedures. We would be providing fire safety training to our security personnel to enhance them to physically act in case of any fire accidents, floods other natural calamities.
